Service good received video during work But during service my car was scratched no one informed me of this until my husband walked the car. Very un acceptable. The only solution I was given by your management team was to paint the front panel. I did not agree with this At first the “ manager” a female was not too professional with a grin advising me of the painting. I advised her to get me a manager. Upon speaking with him and my service tech. Again I was advised that they could only paint the panel. This is a bad excuse and I do not want to go foward with that. I purchased my vehicle from Arrigo Sawgrass and I travel from Miami to service my vehicle. I pass by several dealerships to go to Arrigo. This was not a great experience this time. I hope my next visit will be a better one . your service techs should have the proper items to protect cars when they are working on them. More
