Samuel the advisor was great. The reason for the visit was to fix a problem the previous mechanic had caused by leaving the oil pan bolt loose, causing the car to leak oil. My battery is not charging to 30 miles as it should and I told the advisor and he said there’s nothing wrong with the battery. The battery is only charging to 23-26 miles after being on the charger overnight told the advisor and he said there’s nothing wrong with the battery. I left the car at 9 to also do an oil change, they called me at 11:30 and said there’s nothing wrong car was ready. Went to pick up the car and he didn’t put the car on the charger and said something about it not being available. Although the oil charge was completed, my battery issue was not resolved and felt like he just brushed it off as no big deal. More
