Rudy was very nice and helpful. However, was usually too busy to follow up most of the time. I took my car in 4 different times for the same exact reason and the issue was never res However, was usually too busy to follow up most of the time. I took my car in 4 different times for the same exact reason and the issue was never resolved. The last time I took my car in for the same problem, they kept my car for 2 months and focysed on something completely different than what I initially kept bringing it in for. I got my car back 2 months later with a new engine (not what I took it in for) and STILL having the same problem with my brakes. Their reason was that they never heard of this problem and couldn’t figure it out so my true mechanical problem remains unresolved. More
