I was thoroughly impressed! I had a bad experience with a different local Jeep Dealer and Arrigo blew me away. Nicholas was flawless. From capturing the reason for why I was there to making sure that I was informed about my recalls and the pricing for the quote to replace my mirror From capturing the reason for why I was there to making sure that I was informed about my recalls and the pricing for the quote to replace my mirror. Also he coordinated my shuttle back while my truck was being worked on. The shuttle took less than 10 mins to pick me up and when it was time to get my truck Nicholas coordinated my shuttle back.
