Professional service, however they need to get better at what they advertise for service discounts online. I came in with a coupon and the marketing manager was called who then made the service dept contact what they advertise for service discounts online. I came in with a coupon and the marketing manager was called who then made the service dept contact Samuel Trejo pull up on the computer in front of me to see if the coupon I had on my phone was the same. I was in shock. I had their live site on my phone but the marketing/manager still thought it was appropriate to do that. I basically had to firmly point out they needed to honor the coupon. Then the coupon was advertising parts the service tech and the manager said were discontinued. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Oh and then I was told to rent a car at Hertz next door, that I needed to leave my car to install front brake pads and a brake fluid exchange, only to rent the car and then be called the same day that it was ready. I paid $54.50 for a rental car for half a day. I could've gotten a ride for free. I have to say, this location is where I bought my challenger in 2022 and the service dept from then to now is very different. I much preferred it when the customer was treated fairly and didn't have to fight for what is right. At the end when I picked up my car, I felt like I was treated better only because Samuel mentioned I'd be getting a review and to please give him all 10''s not taking into account the treatment in the morning which was cold from him and the manager as soon as the discount coupon came up. I don't know you tell me. Would you pay $700 plus dollars or would you fight for $500 with the discount coupon. I just think customer service goes along way and the manager was wrong for making Samuel pull up the site in front of me to "check" that I was showing the right thing and then Samuel was very cold in his demeanor afterwards. He only perked up when I picked up the car like I said because I'm thinking he knew a review would come up. More
