This has nothing to do with the sales rep Rick Jones, He did his part and did what he could, it was the management team and the ownership of the facility. As the title of there picture states on their website, "The #1 Dealer in the World". That might be true, but they also have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had to dealt with. I've purchased 2 Jeeps from them and my second purchase encounter was the worst and will be the last dealing with them, as well as the referrals I've always sent them. As the saying goes, you learn from the top, if the CEO of a company will not respond to emails or phone calls, why would you expect anyone else in the company to do so. There urgency and customer service is less than a priority, as it should be ! Simple issues that could have been resolved, took weeks, if not a month to complete. I would love to tell the whole story, but just know that if you have problems and need them to be addressed, don't hold your breathe. More
This has been by far the worst experience I have had at a dealership. The salesperson, his manager, and the finance people are ridiculous. They have been stringing me along the whole time. I went in on Saturday, then they asked to me come back on Sunday and now it's Tuesday and at this point they are telling me to get a cheaper vehicle or give money down. Which I have told them I'm not doing either. I went in because the commercial said they will give you $8000 more than your trade is worth. So I was trading in my car. And that is all a LIE. It's only on new cars and they have many other hidden stipulations. So the sales person sends me a text stating that I have to look at a lower price van or put a few thousand down. As if I have all this money. So I tell him to cancel it all and his response to me is "Are you kidding me? I put a lot of time into this." Do I sound like I'm kidding!! Are you serious?!?!? Then I replied that he has wasted my time and he says sorry that I feel as though my time was the only one wasted! Again are you serious? And this place expects to sell cars like this... This is a joke. I will never go there again and I will sure tell everyone of my experience!! More
Mr. Elison Jeanlouis is an excellent sales consultant. I probably wouldn't have purchased my new car without his assistance and perseverance. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Our sales representative was the great. Lt. Dan Welsh made the expected lng, painful day of buying a car a myth. He was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, he was there for US.
