Jeremy was more than patient, understanding, and upbeat even when the deal might have appeared to stall and go no where. This deal took a bit of time to put together but he was there every step of the way trying to find wants to get everyone on the same page, push the deal through, and simply not be the "everyday" car salesman. I was treated with more than respect and for that alone I will be a repeat customer so long as Jeremy is working with Arrigo. Tyler the delivery guy was prompt and efficient. On two different occasions he cleaned and prepped the new vehicle without every having to ask. He knew his job and he did it well. I dealt with Patti in financing and from the start I felt more like family than a customer. Patti put in the extra effort to find ways for the numbers to be where I needed them to be. With the mounds of paperwork Patti and myself went beyond a sales relationship and we discussed our kids, their lives, what to expect in the future, and just how great it is to be a parent. There was no sign here sir, and sign here sir, it was like sitting around with family enjoying great conversation. More

I went back there and delt with patty the finance lady and she told me the cop was just being a xxxxx and there nothing they can do. I have to wait for the yellow sticker for my transfer tag to come in. So now I have to drive around illegally because they won’t issue a new temp tag and won’t give me a yellow sticker. Now I’m afraid of driving because I don’t want or like to get pulled over. I will never do business with them again and would not trust there management staff there. More

I was able to call Chris and he was able I was looking for over 3 weeks for a used Town and Country and finally found it at the Arrigo in Fort Piece. I was able to call Chris and he was able to have it shipped to me so I did not have to pick it up almost 2 hours away. I have three kids under 5 so it would not have been easy. Gina is my forever go to sales person in the auto industry. Gina’s knowledge about automobiles is impressive. I wanted to know how that Dodge Durrango GT compared to another comparable SUV in trunk space. Gina knew the dimensions of both SUV’s and even printed out the dimentions.. She is not a high pressure sales person but truly cares about her clirent’s needs. I spent about 1 hour with Gina after my purchase reviewing the “where is, how does this work” type questions. My Dodge Durango GT is a great SUV. As a woman who has minimal knowledge of automobiles, it was truly refreshing having Gina educate me along the way. Not once did she say “you should buy this SUV because you look beautiful in it”. We are in the year 2018 and Gina recognizes that women want more than a compliment/flattery to buy a car. Gina spoke to me “the buyer and driver” whereas most of the men that we dealt with spoke directly to my husband.
