We had a great experience -- Needed someone to look at an issue I was having with steering and wobble. Alex was fairly knowledgeable about this issue (glad to hear he is also a Jeep owner) and wrote me up so issue I was having with steering and wobble. Alex was fairly knowledgeable about this issue (glad to hear he is also a Jeep owner) and wrote me up so that the technicians could check a few things. Gearbox replaced under warranty!! -- No hassle. Jeep feels MUCH better! -- 30K service performed and gearbox replaced in just one day ... car ready for pick up much sooner than anticipated. Alex is thorough and professional.
