I will begin this rating by saying that Elison Jean Louis is wonderful. He patiently saw us through what began as a total nightmare truck buying experience. He was understanding and did not pressure us into a particular vehicle. Total shout out and many thanks, Elison! You are a true professional. Dwight in finance was wonderful as well. He did not use high pressure finance techniques and forgery like Frank did on our initial purchase. Thank you for handling our replacement truck’s financing with patience and professionalism, Dwight. That said, I initially purchased a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 4x4 on Mother’s Day and it turned out a disaster. The truck was towed twice inside of two weeks and put my entire family at risk by shutting itself off and throwing itself into park more than a dozen times as we tried to safely exit the highway. After that issue was fixed, barely a week later, it was towed again because it wouldn’t start and left me stranded at work. While cleaning it out to be towed for the 2nd time, we also discovered there was leak somewhere and the rear floor was saturated. I was again assured that the truck could be fixed. Initially Eddie Arteaga and Mr. Casa in service returned text messages and kept me informed. After the first week though, neither of them returned calls or text messages. After the truck had been in the service department for a month, with 3 weeks of no return contact from service, we called and became vehement that something needed to done about the situation. Talia, the GM’s assistant reached back out to us right away and put us in touch with Joe Wright, the sales manager. Eddie Arteaga in service also called and assured us that the truck was fixed. It wasn’t. It was now full of mold because the window leak was never addressed. Ultimately, we ended up buying a used vehicle and the dealership took the Ram back. Many thanks to Talia, Joe Wright, Elison & Dwight. We know you worked very hard to keep your customers satisfied and we greatly appreciate you. The four of you are why we’re leaving a 5 star rating. To the people in service and Frank in finance, here’s a hearty rude hand gesture. More
