This place has very good customer serivce but they don't work with you on the price at all. The price is the price thats it. The salesman told me after I said I didn't want payments more than $250 a m don't work with you on the price at all. The price is the price thats it. The salesman told me after I said I didn't want payments more than $250 a month that the car fit my budget. Then I went to finance it was well over 300 a month was the best I could do. Needless to say I felt that I never was given a chance to negotiate with them at all. More
Hands down, purchasing my first Jeep from these guys was pleasant and painless. In my first trip to Arrigo, I met with Ozzie Bringas, Certified Internet Sales Manager. Ozzie was beyond knowledgeable, courte pleasant and painless. In my first trip to Arrigo, I met with Ozzie Bringas, Certified Internet Sales Manager. Ozzie was beyond knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was able to answer all the technical questions I had, as being a first-time Jeep Wrangler buyer I had quite a few. After dealing with 10 different Jeep dealerships through out Florida, I came back to Arrigo. Arrigo was the ONLY dealership able to answer all my questions and the most eager to assist in finding the Jeep I wanted. Opting to order a Wrangler Unlimited with a specific set of features, my next visit to Arrigo involved meeting back up with Ozzie and meeting Jason Nadler, a Business Development Director at Arrigo. Jason was able to guide me through the order process with great ease and simplicity. Jason and Ozzie advised delivery of Jeep would take no less than 6-8 weeks. Imagine my surprise yesterday when I received word my new Jeep had arrived and in less than 4 weeks! Fortunately, I was able to pick up my new Jeep the same day. I chose to finance my new Jeep through the Finance Department at Arrigo. Rob Geroni, a Finance Manager there, treated me in a friendly and professional manner. I also met with Tyler, who guided me a few tips and tricks a first time Wrangler owner. Without a doubt, buying a car from Arrigo was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had to date. I'll be keeping these guys at the top of my list for my next car. Thanks Arrigo! More

I enjoyed my experiences from meeting Collin and negotiating a very good lease options from the team. The one major issue I had was the with Rob I think his name was - He was nice but it took over a negotiating a very good lease options from the team. I have purchase 4 new vehicles in my life, a 1992 Isuzu p/up, a 1996 Dodge Ram, a 2001 Dodge Ram and now a 2013 Dodge Ram. With all of those previous vehicle purchases I can honestly say the customer servi p/up, a 1996 Dodge Ram, a 2001 Dodge Ram and now a 2013 Dodge Ram. With all of those previous vehicle purchases I can honestly say the customer service was ok. But I can say with the purchase of my new 2013 Dodge Ram the buying experience was OUTSTANDING. Henry the sales person, Jason the sales manager, and Ken the finance officer really knew how to treat a customer. xxxx, Jason even stopped by my BBQ trailer and bought a few dinners from me. I had the pleasure of working with Lt. Dan Welsh in order to purchase my new 2013 Dodge Charger R/T. I met Dan a week or two prior to my purchase and immediately decided he was the guy I'd go back to. For to purchase my new 2013 Dodge Charger R/T. For the first time in a long time, I felt 0 sales pressure from Dan... the general profile that most people consider "car sales people" to be, wasn't Dan at all... he didn't once try to push me into a decision, so deciding to go back to him was a no brainer... I hate going to dealerships where the sales guys try to sell you everything you don't want... "Hey Jon, come look at this $70,000 Jeep SRT8 even though you have a 30k budget!" That was not Dan at all... he listened to exactly what I wanted, only showed me exactly what I requested to see... and was a blast to deal with. I've handed his business card to 2 of my friends so far who are interested in buying a new Dodge in the next month or so, and I truly hope they reach out to him.
