I found my experience to be very pleasant. Pete Martino, who I've know for sometime through maintenance of previous Dodge products, helped my by introducing me to Ozzie. I find buying vehicles very stressfu who I've know for sometime through maintenance of previous Dodge products, helped my by introducing me to Ozzie. I find buying vehicles very stressful and Ozzie, my salesperson, made it less stressful. He was very patient and went out of his way to show me different vehicles without pressure. I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles that day. My Dodge Charger SRT8 and a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Once I had figured out what I wanted I was introduced to Rob in Finance. He also was very friendly and patient. He explained the warranties clearly and helped pick what was appropriate for my needs. The last person I met was Mark (after dark) in customer relations who was helpful in getting me on my way in the new vehicles. I've only purchased 3 new vehicles in my lifetime, all of which were and are Dodge products. I met Pete Martino at Fairbanks where I had purchased my first 2. I continued my service on my vehicles at Sawgrass following Mr Martino. I will certainly recommend Arrigo to my friends and have them ask for Ozzie if they are in the market for a vehicle. Due to an untimely accident we were in need of a replacement vehicle. My wife and I had not intended to purchase a car at this time but the situation dictated the need!
