The employees are very pleasant, dedicated to their work, and very attentive to the customer. The product is grossly under rated, it is superior. I would suggest that your advertisements aggressively promote the physical conveniences that this dealership offers. Thanks for such a wonderful experience and I look forward to many enjoyable future experiences with your organization. May I conclude by saying that Lt. Dan Welsh ia a true professional, again the best automobile sales person I have ever had contact with. THIS WAS A WIN/WIN EXPERIENCE FOR ME FROM BEGINNING TO END. MY FIRST CONTACT WAS BY INTERNET WITH DAVID KELLEY. HIS RESPONSE WAS BOTH QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS QIUITE SPECIFIC ABOUT MY NEEDS AND MY OB END. MY FIRST CONTACT WAS BY INTERNET WITH DAVID KELLEY. HIS RESPONSE WAS BOTH QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS QIUITE SPECIFIC ABOUT MY NEEDS AND MY OBJECTIVE. I FOUND, AFTER SPENDING 8+ HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP, EVERYONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH TO BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I FELT I WAS TREATED AS A VALUED CUSTOMER. FROM THE CAFE STAFF IN THE LOBBY TO THE FINANCE REP. I WAS IMPRESSED AS WELL WITH THE NO PRESSURE PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATIONS. AS THE VEHICLE I WANTED TO BUY HAPPENED TO BE LOCATED AT THEIR WEST PALM BEACH DEALERSHIP, I DID HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED. Lt. Dan Welsh is a great sales person that understood what we were looking for in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Even went out of his way to retreive the Rubicon that we wanted that was at their Dea what we were looking for in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Even went out of his way to retreive the Rubicon that we wanted that was at their Dealership in West Palm Beach. Lt. Dan is a great example of what a sales person should be. There was never any pressure, never any of that stuff you hear all the time when you go to the dealer, "what can we do to make this deal happen today". He allowed us to look around the dealership to see what we liked and wanted in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We liked the fact that the vehicles were unlocked for us to look at and see the diferences in each vehicle. Paperwork was ready for us with minimul delay. Dragon in Finance was great. Never pressed us into purchasing stuff we did not need. An again, we were out the door in our new Jeep within 1.5 hours. We look forward to working with Lt. Dan & Arrigo Jeep Dealership for our service needs. More
Was just browsing website and was contacted via phone after trying to get a Blue Book value on the website on my trade in. The gentleman who called was very professional and answered all my questions abo after trying to get a Blue Book value on the website on my trade in. When I came into the store,I was meet by Dan Welsh and had a very matter a fact conversation and reasonably pain free negotiation. Dragun was very helpful in informing me of what was worthwhile in the extended warrranty and coverage. Overall, the easiest purchasing experience I have had in the 6 times I've purchased a new or used car. Kudos to all there. More

I received the VIP treatment from everyone I encounted at Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep with my recent "built to order" purchase of a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4. I have previously leased 4 Jeeps Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep with my recent "built to order" purchase of a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4. I have previously leased 4 Jeeps and didn't plan on a 5th since I was not as pleased with my last 2. However, once I started researching and comparing the 2011's to other vehicles in it's class or better, before the brochures and/or demos were even available, I decided to reconsider. So glad I did and with the professional, knowledgable and accomodating team at Arrigo's dealership in WPB, they not only helped make my "dream" Jeep a reality but also for a fair price. It was one of the most hassle-free experiences I've ever had with such an important vehicle purchase. Arrigo also handled the turn-in of my 2007 Jeep lease most conveniently and again, hassle-free as well even though it wasn't originally leased from their dealership. Needless to say, I am a very happy and proud owner of the new and improved 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited. I am grateful for all of the professional assistance I recieved from the "A" team at Arrigo. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Mr. Patrick Ucci, Corporate Business Development Manager, for all his unending patience and efforts on my behalf from the beginning of negotiations which ultimately resulted in closing the deal, as well as the personal involvement of Mr. John Arrigo, VP & GM. Additionally, Mr. Brian Frances, Sales Consultant, handled the final delivery, sales porcessing and paperwork swiftly and efficiently saving everyone valuable time. Brian also provided me with a thorough orientation of my new vehicle so I felt comfortable driving it off the lot. He was very knowledgable regarding every detail of my new Jeep's features, operation, etc. I am sure there were many others involved in making this deal happen which I did not meet personally but I am thankful to anyone and everyone that assisted with this order. I intend to enjoy my new Jeep for many years to come and would gladly recommend Arrigo to anyone and would revisit them in the future if/when the opportunity should arise. More

My sales contact Lt Dan Welsh was fantastic from the start. His assistant, Mark G was the incredible! Such a great experience for what is typically not a fun thing to do -buy a car. From the moment you step into the showroom, you are greeted and welcomed. Every staff member I met was nicer than the next. The actual facility itself is amazing. Makes you WANT be there. The vehicles on the lot are actually OPEN for you to look at. Even the F&I guy Dragon was excellent. Straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. Congrats to Arrigo on doing it right! I'm a director of customer service for a company, and I'd be proud if I were the Arrigo family. Thumbs up guys! More
