Our sales person Igor was perfect - super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Seems he has been with Arrigo for many years - and my opinion as a business exec is to do whatever you need to do to keep him employed with Arrigo. Long story short, we still had 7 months left on our 36 month lease of a Grand Cherokee Overland. We were just about past the miles already for the lease, about 9k past the warranty mileage of 36k, we had about 45k. We had purchased extra mileage in advance when we leased this 2 1/2 years ago. We just came by to see what the options were and we were not expecting to leave with a vehicle. Again, cutting this short, we got out with 7 months left, got a great deal on a new Grand Cherokee Overland and left extremely happy. The whole thing for shopping to paperwork to emptying out our vehicle and leaving was about 4 hours. Extremely quick considering we were starting from scratch. We do keep checking out other dealerships that are closer to where we live, but we always end up back at Arrigo. Could not be happier. More
