Dissapointed !!! Purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie. Told it was a 5’7” bed . It was actually a 6’4” bed . I specifically wanted the short bed. I did not realize it was Purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie. Told it was a 5’7” bed . It was actually a 6’4” bed . I specifically wanted the short bed. I did not realize it was a longer bed for a couple of days later. Left messages to sales DEPT but no answer. In the mean time I have put considerable miles on this truck. I can’t get any sales person to work with me to trade this truck for the one I was supposed to get in the first place. This is the second truck I have bought from this dealership. Not happy with their customer appreciation. This problem would have never happened if the salesman had sold me the short bed truck I basically ordered. More

2017 Charger All employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and I feel they gave me a good deal. high class Dealer and great price deal there. i check the 2017 Pacifica in Arrigo in sawgrass chrysl dealer inventory and i recive a call fron a nice sales person name Dicarlos Rivera he ask what i check the 2017 Pacifica in Arrigo in sawgrass chrysl dealer inventory and i recive a call fron a nice sales person name Dicarlos Rivera he ask what optional equiepment i was looking on the Pacifica ,hi gevi me 2 stock # choices ,i check it on my pc at home and my wife made the choise , i call Dicarlos Rivera made a appointment at the dealer he toll me to check the pacifica he explain all detail on the vehicle with no pressure on me he ask me if i want it to test drive the Pacifica to see if i like it .after he ask me if i like it i say yes r u going to buy it i say yes. so he help me very much with the low payments amount so i would drive it home , mr Dicarlo was with me explaining everything on these high tech vehicle and until i drove out off the lot .thanks. 5 starts . and in finance Patricia Lowe another 5 stars on her work she explain all the details . Sometimes Loyalty doesn’t pay off So to make a long story short since Dec. 2013 I’ve purchased 6 vehicles from this location experiences varying until i found Rob and Ozzy who are no l So to make a long story short since Dec. 2013 I’ve purchased 6 vehicles from this location experiences varying until i found Rob and Ozzy who are no longer with the dealer. From my meeting them my experiences were great for 4 of the 6 purchases. This review is in light of my last and most likely final visit. I went in to purchase a Hellcat Charger and was told i was “Approved” pending proof of income. I provided the proof of income left my $11,000 down payment on a Saturday but was told i cannot take the vehicle yet. Over the weekend i was provided with a congratulations email on purchasing my mew hellcat but kept getting asked for more and more information that wasn’t part of the deal so to speak but i had nothing to hide and provided everything they asked for. On Thursday i was told the bank would not approved me, accused of being a criminal by one company because I’ve purchased too many cars in too short a time and the other dug deep to say they wanted me to have less debt even though they only asked for proof of income initially. In the end Arrigo told me no one would finance me and that I would have to come back in a year or so. After giving up I gave it one more shot at Aventura the next day and was approved and drove off the lot the same day with a great deal on both my trade in and the hellcat as well As a killer low interest rate and I left a happy camper having to leave only half a deposit of $7K because Arrigo still had my $11K I wouldn’t have bothered writing this review because of what I thought was a “good relationship” with Arrigo but it took them 7business days to return my down payment and when I started calling on the 5th day everyone said the same thing. “I will go ask accounting and find out and call you back” my sales person wouldn’t even return my texts which he was happily doing before and no one in accounting answers their phones. Its been 6 days since i got my down payment back and 7 since the last person I spoke with said they’d call me back and still to this moment i have not received a call back from anyone i spoke with and haven’t spoke with as I left messages with accounting and have not been called back either. Other expiriences is they refused to budge on pricing for friends and relatives I’ve sent and who have gone to other dealers getting the same vehicle or better for less. Parts department guys are awsome and have gone above and beyond for me although a recent inquiry at a different dealer proved that even with my “discount” i was still paying more there than other dealerships. In the end I really liked this dealership and I feel as though with the change of hands in employees customer service has started declining and I am not sure I will be returning again. There is more to say but i feel like this covers the basics of my grievence. More
