Made Switching Brands Easy I was just finishing my second Camaro lease, and after pricing out my third and seeing that GM was not doing much in terms of lease incentives even fo I was just finishing my second Camaro lease, and after pricing out my third and seeing that GM was not doing much in terms of lease incentives even for repeat customers, I decided to check out the Challenger. My family members had previously bought three cars over the past 15 years with Arrigo, and I returned to find the same sales manager working there that had done our previous deals, Robert Karp. He set me up with Will Martin, who had me test drive both an SXT Plus and R/T Plus, and after speaking with him for a while, I chose the perfect car for me. After we priced it out, I checked with my insurance to find that the insurance premium would go up a good amount compared with the Camaro. They came down even more to make up for the difference, and I ended up with a deal that I can't deny was downright excellent. I sat with Sergio Gonzalez in financing who helped me through the lease particulars, Matt Diamond then walked me once more through the features and documentation, and I was on my way. My family will be returning yet again in the near future to buy another car. Definitely give these guys a visit -- you won't regret it. More
The SUV I Always Wanted I owned a 2017 Ford Focus that I hated. It was very low to the ground and too small. I made a mistake buying it. I had so much negative equity, that I felt I would be stuck forever with the dumpy cheap car. I researched new car incentives, and felt that Jeep had the best cash incentives, which would help with my negative value situation. I went to Arrigo's website, typed in my problem, and within an hour Justin Acosta called me. Justin was very professional and understood my predicament. He was able to find a Jeep Cherokee for me to help get me out of the focus as painless as possible. Not only did the Arrigo Sawgrass Dealership find me the SUV I needed, it was WAY beyond my expectations! Its a 2019!! It is LOADED with everything! Its beautiful. After the 3 year lease, I will be on firm ground as far as equity goes. Justin was considerate and respectful, and very knowledgeable about the car. This SUV is much easier for me to get in and out of. I can't believe its mine! More

Incompetence encountered at every turn I found a 2016 Dodge RAM 2500 by searching the website of Arrigo Dodge. The website showed it to be located at the dealer on Okeechobee Road. I drov I found a 2016 Dodge RAM 2500 by searching the website of Arrigo Dodge. The website showed it to be located at the dealer on Okeechobee Road. I drove the 25 minutes up to Arrigo, Okeechobee only to be told that it was located at the Sawgrass location. When I confirmed that the website clearly showed it to be located at Okeechobee, I asked the salesperson, Manny to have it brought up to WPB. After consulting with his manager, I was told, "it wasn't worth it" to them to have the truck transferred. I was given a salesman's name, Lou; in Sawgrass to see. I made arrangements to drive down the next day to see it with Lou. After driving the 59 miles to the dealership, the truck was again, not as advertised, but at least it was located at the dealership. The ad stated it had heavy duty vinyl seats. It had cloth. I could rectify that by paying $2000 to upgrade to leather. I did end up buying the truck, but two things happened that day as well. Upon making the deal, I told the salesman that the truck (diesel) was on the redline. I expected it to be fueled. It took forever the get all the paperwork done and the truck was supposed to be detailed while that was being accomplished. 3 hours later the paperwork was done and the truck was not back from the detailers. When it finally came back with a shoddy detail job, the fuel tank was still empty. The salesman took it up to get fueled and as I was extremely late for an event, I rode with him. The "fueling" was a $10 gas card - Yes! 3.25 gallons of diesel was allotted for my $44,000 purchase. That was insulting, yet the salesman knew that was all the fuel that was going to be included. I was also told to call the service department to get the leather seats installed. AFter several phone calls the next two days, I was finally given an appointment on Thursday (today) to bring it in. I was told I would be given a rental car at the dealers' expense while the service was done. I drive the 59 miles to the dealership for an 0800 appointment only to be told that the leather was never ordered. "They know better in sales than to do this" (however, the appointment was given by service dept). So now I have to wait 3 days for the leather to come in and then drive back down the 59 miles (118 RT) to try to get this resolved. Is this really anyway to treat a customer? More

Rudy Trippedo, was also very knowledgeable with regards to the finance part of the transaction. He walked me through process and offered me different scenarios and products that would protect my new purchase. Matt Diamond, was also very knowledgeable with all the features my new vehicle had to offer myself and was able to make this part very easy and comfortable for me!
