Wow was i wrong i went to 2 other dealers first what a waste of time no one to greet or direct you at the other dealers. one dealer wanted me to sell my car to car max and bring back the check to make a d waste of time no one to greet or direct you at the other dealers. one dealer wanted me to sell my car to car max and bring back the check to make a deal and i was not upside down on my loan and they did not want to deal at all.I almost just gave up i am glade i didn't .I stopped at ARRIGO just to check it out WOW i was greeted set up with Tom my sales man we looked at some jeeps found the one i liked went for at road test to make sure it was what i wanted and appraised my trade and gave me a real value and then Robert Karp and Rob Fin put the numbers together and work them to a payment that make me happy. all i can say is WOW! time line was in dealer at 1 and out before 4 Mark After Dark went over the basic info again and gave some new unknown info for me and back to Tom to finish up on the functions of my new ride.A fool and his money are easily parted but a smart one will go to ARRIGO. More

Igor worked extremely hard to get me the deal I was looking for on a 2013 jeep patriot and due to me being busy he even offered to drive the new jeep to meet by our house to finalize the deal and trade for my old car! I would recommend arigo to anyone looking for a Dodge Chrysler Jeep or Fiat, no preasure and they will go out of the way to please their customer. More
I originality came in to see George in the service department. But then saw a Chrysler 300 and Igor listen to my needs and Showed me the 2012 close out. I walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect I walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect only what I needed. Everyone was extremely friendly, honest and compassionate to my unique situation; going above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Walking into a place not knowing what you can afford or what you'd qualify for when there is already so much on your plate and walking out with such peace-of-mind is 'priceless'. i bought a2003 saab 1/12 /2013 the car would not start so they put a new battery in the car there was ticking in the engine my wife asked what it was the sales lady said that it was normal in a turbo. we so they put a new battery in the car there was ticking in the engine my wife asked what it was the sales lady said that it was normal in a turbo. wetook delivery (6)days later the car stopped running in the entrance to the dealership it was the battery, they jumped the car& brought it in to the service department, they said it was not the battery it was the alternater so Bert gave me the choice of fixing the pre exsisting problem or trading for another car i said iliked the saab and if there was no other problems i would keep the car Bert put me in a rental car for what ever the reason it took 13 days to fix the problem i took the car back when i got in the car i saw a big piece of plastic from the under carrigage that had been riped off that means something under the car is no longer protected .The next day I took the car for an oil change the company said they could not do it .because the ticking had nothing to do with a turbo itwas the valves and that it might need a new engine i called the sales rep and told her the story she said ihad to talk to Bert all i got was his voice mailleaving the same message i got acall the next day from the sales rep sayinng the could not trade the car. I then decided to go there that night, we had never driven the car at night in the short time we had it,and we found out there was a front fAILURE light. I called the next day the sales person said I had to talk to Bert, I then told her it was useless to talk to Bert because he already made his descion. More

Very easy transaction with no pressure to purchase. I simply told Brock what I wanted and he made sure it happened. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and this purchase was one of the smoothest and easiest transactions that I can remember. I was given full explanations of all the numbers by Rob without having to ask, and a complete rundown of the vehicle specs by Mark. They gave me a great price for my trade in, financing that was better than my credit union, and a fantastic deal on a new Ram truck. I was never hurried, pressured or kept waiting, even though the place was overrun with customers. These gentlemen know how to sell cars. They are fast, efficient, knowledgable, and do not waste your time. Most of all, they were HONEST. More
