We went as returning customers and had an appointment with Joe for 10 AM. After sitting there for 20 minutes as he sat with someone else without acknowledging us, we asked him how much longer it would be with Joe for 10 AM. He said i don’t know; and when I told him we had an apt for 10 he laughed in our faces and told us his secretary never told him. Problem was we made it with him personally on the phone two days earlier. Instead of apologizing he told us to comeback at 1 o’clock. We walked out and I will never go back there again, he did not call or apologize. This dealership lacks customer service. I purchased a new traverse from Atlantic Chevy with no problems at all! More

I'm sure this doesn't mean anything but we are extremely disappointed!! We ordered a new Equinox Premier at the end of April 24 and knew we had to wait around a month or so to get it.. OUR car finally came in BUT was sold to someone else!! as it turned out we had to SETTLE for a new car used by an employee of the dealership with over 3000 miles on it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! More

Corvette was left outside 2 times now dirty had to get it cleaned after pickup last two service visits.
