Not even servicing any Corvettes. Even though they sell corvette they don't have a Corvette tech to service them. Their online service request is also a joke. Very disappointed I gave them 3 stars because the service visits I had in the past with Mr. Dahlgren were flawless. He would get them a 5 star rating with his attitude I gave them 3 stars because the service visits I had in the past with Mr. Dahlgren were flawless. He would get them a 5 star rating with his attitude and professional customer relationship. He should really move on to better. I went there for a warranty problem and got stuck with Abe Koblat. A rude, nasty service writer. He said my problem wasn't covered by GM. I said another dealer covered my last car with the same problem. He said :"Good! Go see the other dealer". So I did and they covered it. I heard that GM gives dealers kick backs for doing less Warranty work because it saves GM money. I will never go back there again. If it wasn't for Mr D, They would get "0" stars from me. Beware. More

Flim Flam Man I went for a State inspection and was told all brakes "require" replacement but then failed for front rotor only. After checking all brakes to find th I went for a State inspection and was told all brakes "require" replacement but then failed for front rotor only. After checking all brakes to find that they were only 1/2 worn, I was told some corrosion on front rotor was the reason for failure [very questionable]. After all this they then mentioned that they replaces a fuse for rear lights, the fuse blew again [not a fix].They wanted to charge me to fix the problems, went home, looked it over then went to another shop and all was fine [passed].Just want the truth. On the plus side they do a thorough job of inspecting a car but be cautious as to what they tell you is "required". More

My 15 Silverado had brokedown on Sunday and was towed into shop from Chevy Roadside. Promptly on Monday morning I received a call from Chris Hill, the service advisor, letting me know that he had my truck and they would diagnose the issue that very same day. I was shocked to hear that knowing most service departments I've delt with in past wouldn't have looked at it for days. That very same day received call with diagnosis that it was my fusebox and they would have me back on road by end of week, which they did. The level of communication as well as quality of service done, was like I said above Amazing. Great job to the entire team and Thankyou. Highly recommend this dealership!!! More
