I simple was inquiring about a used car on the lot and was met with blunt rudeness. I was still interested in the car and the owner was even more rude. He said " get off the computer and get into the real was met with blunt rudeness. I was still interested in the car and the owner was even more rude. He said " get off the computer and get into the real world." They both made comments that they can charge top dollar for cars because they are in Long Island. The owner said the car was a trade and the sales person said the car was bought at an auction. They were both defensive about it. I am glad I did not make the trip to buy the car. Brought my 2010 V6 Chevy Camaro with automatic transmission in for service due to a transmission problem. Ultimately discussed my problem with the service manager "Mark" about it. He tells me the transmission in for service due to a transmission problem. Ultimately discussed my problem with the service manager "Mark" about it. He tells me the transmission is the same as the V8 which is not true. Told him I am very familiar with the car and it is not true. He becomes argumetative and ultimately starts yelling at me. Not exactly what I would expect from the "NEW GM". More
