Beware of Arnold Chevy, the service Team are scam artists, I have a Chevy Equinox 2015, needed a inspection, oil change, they charged 319.00 , said I need a minor tune up, which is supposed to be covered unde I have a Chevy Equinox 2015, needed a inspection, oil change, they charged 319.00 , said I need a minor tune up, which is supposed to be covered under the 5 year warranty, made up some element (scam) they put fluff in their price, I wasn't their when the pricing was talked about, when I found out about the cost, & called them on it, both Chris & Mark C were rude, will never use them again. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW HOW BAD THEY ARE!!!! More

Flim Flam Man I went for a State inspection and was told all brakes "require" replacement but then failed for front rotor only. After checking all brakes to find that they were only 1/2 worn, I was told some corrosion on front rotor was the reason for failure [very questionable]. After all this they then mentioned that they replaces a fuse for rear lights, the fuse blew again [not a fix].They wanted to charge me to fix the problems, went home, looked it over then went to another shop and all was fine [passed].Just want the truth. On the plus side they do a thorough job of inspecting a car but be cautious as to what they tell you is "required". More

My 15 Silverado had brokedown on Sunday and was towed into shop from Chevy The level of service from Arnold Chevrolet was simply put....Amazingggg. My 15 Silverado had brokedown on Sunday and was towed into shop from Chevy Roadside. Promptly on Monday morning I received a call from Chris Hill, the service advisor, letting me know that he had my truck and they would diagnose the issue that very same day. I was shocked to hear that knowing most service departments I've delt with in past wouldn't have looked at it for days. That very same day received call with diagnosis that it was my fusebox and they would have me back on road by end of week, which they did. The level of communication as well as quality of service done, was like I said above Amazing. Great job to the entire team and Thankyou. Highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Rude Service Manager I had purchased 4 vehicles from Arnold Chevrolet over the years. I recently purchased a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport from A corvette specialist in NJ bec I had purchased 4 vehicles from Arnold Chevrolet over the years. I recently purchased a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport from A corvette specialist in NJ because they had the exact car I wanted. Since it was purchased in NJ I could not get a NYS inspection. I brought my corvette to Arnold Chevrolet to get the $10 inspection sticker. They told me that since I didn't purchase it from them they will not touch it. I also had a 2015 Chevy Silverado that needed an inspection, tuneup, and oil change. They booked me an appointment for Feb 7, 2017 at 9:00 am. On February 2,, 2017 the called me and told me they are cancelling my appointment because they did not like my yelp review regarding my corvette. I called them back and spoke to Mark to clarify the reason for my cancelled appointment. He was very rude and basically told me to bad! I work and live locally and will be sure to share my horrible customer service experience with them. As a business owner if I had a bad review, I would go out of my way to see what I could do to please my client. More
