Great incentives and easy buying process I had previously researched many other dealerships, makes, and models. I found that Armstrong offered great discounts on MSRP and a large inventory. After calculating my payments online I knew I found the best deal I would find on a new 2017 Jetta. I called the dealership and expressed my interest in the car and they were able to get the car ready for me after a quick exchange in information. So when I arrived the day to give it a test drive, I took a quick spin, realized the car was for me and was able to get he paperwork and everything taken care of in under an hour. When I was signing the paperwork, the financing agent explained all my options and wasn't pushy, but gave me great insight to the benefits of certain warranties and add ons. Overall my experience was smooth, hassle free, and made me feel like I got a great car and a great deal as I dove off the lot. Highly recommend. More

Buying at Armstrong was a positive, low-pressure experience We owned an older TDI Golf and were included in the Volkswagen TDI class-action suit. Volkswagen did right by us and offered a very fair offer to buy We owned an older TDI Golf and were included in the Volkswagen TDI class-action suit. Volkswagen did right by us and offered a very fair offer to buy back our TDI Golf. We liked the Golf model and decided to look at the newer Golf and GTI models. Anthony at Armstrong made the shopping process very easy, friendly and low pressure. He was very patient and allowed us to think over a new purchase for a week without hounding us. We decided on a 2017 GTI and Anthony and the financing staff really worked with us to crunch the numbers and come up with a price, down payment, and payment terms that we were comfortable with. The buying process was smooth. Armstrong also handled the Volkswagen buy-back process and that was a easy and fast. I would recommend Armstrong to anyone. More

Awesome service through SMS I have two little kids taking up my free time, and so I tried negotiating through text messages over a week with all the local dealerships.
