Much of the sale was done over phone, email, text, and fax machine prior to my arrival with ease and enthusiasm. Lori even contacted me before an after business hours to make sure we could do this. At my arrival, the store was busy but they never rushed me or compromised my or others' service. They were clearly knowledgable and passionate about their work! I was beyond impressed.
