I got a great hassle-free price for a rare model/trim/transmission combination that I was looking for, and Lori even found more savings for me after she learned that the company that I was working for was a partner of VW, so she created an account for me on the spot and was able to get additional rebate for me before the deal was closed. She patiently walked me through all the electronic systems of the car, and knowing that I just started to learn to drive a stick shift (the car that I was buying was a manual transmission), she offered to personally deliver the car to my home which she did later the same day after work.
