Excellent service, very happy with my car I am not a fan of the traditional car buying process. I am not a frequent car buyer, so for me, it is a stressful process at best. I find that being able to look at available inventory and assess value before actually engaging with a potential dealer/seller was a huge benefit. It helped me to sharpen my focus on what I needed. I spent several evenings pondering my requirements and shopping around. When I was ready to take the next step, I contacted Armstrong via a Web page presented by the Chase Car Buying service. In less than 20 minutes, I received a response from Jane, a member of Armstrong's Internet Sales staff and assistant to Lori, the lead sales person for my transaction. From that point on, everything they could do to make the car buying process fit into my busy schedule was done. Lori was friendly, kind, flexible and knowledgeable about the technical specifications, the practical aspects of each vehicle, and the buying process. She offered a range of options for me to choose from. It was a pleasure to work with her and in just a few hours, I was able to make a decision and drive away with the car I decided that I wanted at a price I could afford. I highly recommend her and the other staff members at Armstrong with whom I worked. More

I located a used car online and sent an email asking for more informat Last week we worked with Joe Couch to help us find a car for my step daughter. I located a used car online and sent an email asking for more information. Within a short while Joe called me. The car I was looking at was not even on the lot yet, as it was still being cleaned and checked out. I met with Joe and he took me to the detail shop to look at the car, we even took a test drive while the guys were still cleaning it! Our experience up to this point with other "major" dealerships in the Portland area had been a disaster. We were in a bit of a unique situation with this purchase as my wife was headed out of town for a week, but we wanted to lock down this car so it wouldn't be purchased by someone else. Joe took it apon himself to have a gentleman's agreement that we were serious about the car, and he held it for us for a week until my wife was back in town. We came back a week later and purchased the car. Because of his flexibility in holding the car for a week, I did not even haggle about the price, as it was a fair asking price to begin with, and he was doing us a favor by holding it. If I had decided to haggle, I feel that he would of been flexible to an extent. Overall our experience was great,and my daughter is loving her car. More
