Service I took my car for maintenance due to issues I've been complaining about since I purchased the car. The representative (Mike in service department) told me it was $85 per hr for the labor. When the representative called me to let me know how much it would cost to fix one of the problems, I told him I couldn't do it right now. He told me the mechanic spent 4 hours on my car which was impossible because the day before this the rep called me at 3:00 & said the mechanic did not get to my car and they would need to keep it til the next day because the mechanics leave at 4:30pm. 7:45am, the next day, the rep called to give me the diagnostic. How did the mechanic work on my car for 4 hours when they come in at 6:00am? I asked the representative why they were charging me $339.00 when nothing was fixed & the mechanic spent about two hours, if that, to tell me a wire was the problem. He said the first 30 minutes was $85, after that it's $157 per hr. He didn't say that when I brought the car to them and his story changed. Nothing on my car was fixed. I have never had to pay that much just to have my car looked at. These dealerships always trying to get over and it's not right. More
