Oil Change, Inspection, Trailer Hitch Our 2014 Jeep Cherokee is so reliable we are rarely in for any work at all. However, it still needs an oil change and inspection from time to time. As always, the team at Armory were wonderful to work with even though we had to make a last minute appointment change. This time we also wanted to have a trailer hitch installed ... just in case. Water leak into trunk, given back to me with wet matts I am leasing a 2017 Jeep compass, I brought it in within the first month due to the seatbelt not working properly and ejecting the belt. Less than a I am leasing a 2017 Jeep compass, I brought it in within the first month due to the seatbelt not working properly and ejecting the belt. Less than a year goes by and I discover my trunk wheel well is soaked with water, soaked the matts and left a pool of water in the trunk. Brought it in and they said they would take care of it no problem. Took a few days to diagnose the issue and realized a seam was never welded properly around the lift gate which allowed water to come in. they patched that up and said it was all set. Upon inspecting the trunk after getting it back I realized they put left the matts in there still soaked to the point that touching them made them leak water. Walked back in and they said they wouldn't replace the matts. Got them to take it back and "dry out the matts". Picked it up a day later with them saying they ordered a new matt and will arrive in a week. Looked in the trunk again, they only are replacing 1 of the 2 soaked matts so yet again I must go back and say that they left a soaked matt in the car. You would think if there was a water damage issue that it would be higher priority or at least a double check to make sure the trunk is dry. Not looking forward to seeing what other "surprises" this lease has...... More
