It took 4 days for them to even look at our Jeep which was still under warranty - and even then it was because I was calling relentlessly for an update. They miraculously couldn’t find anything wrong, but was still under warranty - and even then it was because I was calling relentlessly for an update. They miraculously couldn’t find anything wrong, but suggested a transmission service that would cost well over $1000! Needless to say we just picked up our car and left. We won’t be going back. More

They are a good dealership as long as your warranty is is done, if you still have a warranty they take longer to work on your vehicle my appointment was on a Tuesday and it didn't get looked at till the next done, if you still have a warranty they take longer to work on your vehicle my appointment was on a Tuesday and it didn't get looked at till the next week on Friday 10 days later !
