The people I dealt with firsthand were great but the initial part was promised 3 years warranty but I was provided no printed documents saying so, which I finally received after waiting an additional 30 mins. Also one of the techs left a dome light on draining a 5 month old battery. Overall thankful it was dealt with but wasted my time more than once. More

It’s impossible to call and get someone to pickup the phone. I checked in for service with a service advisor, and until I called in a week later to verify pickup no work was done and no one knew it was t phone.
