Water leak into trunk, given back to me with wet matts I am leasing a 2017 Jeep compass, I brought it in within the first month due to the seatbelt not working properly and ejecting the belt. Less than a year goes by and I discover my trunk wheel well is soaked with water, soaked the matts and left a pool of water in the trunk. Brought it in and they said they would take care of it no problem. Took a few days to diagnose the issue and realized a seam was never welded properly around the lift gate which allowed water to come in. they patched that up and said it was all set. Upon inspecting the trunk after getting it back I realized they put left the matts in there still soaked to the point that touching them made them leak water. Walked back in and they said they wouldn't replace the matts. Got them to take it back and "dry out the matts". Picked it up a day later with them saying they ordered a new matt and will arrive in a week. Looked in the trunk again, they only are replacing 1 of the 2 soaked matts so yet again I must go back and say that they left a soaked matt in the car. You would think if there was a water damage issue that it would be higher priority or at least a double check to make sure the trunk is dry. Not looking forward to seeing what other "surprises" this lease has...... More

Service I took my car for maintenance due to issues I've been complaining about since I purchased the car. The representative (Mike in service department) tol I took my car for maintenance due to issues I've been complaining about since I purchased the car. The representative (Mike in service department) told me it was $85 per hr for the labor. When the representative called me to let me know how much it would cost to fix one of the problems, I told him I couldn't do it right now. He told me the mechanic spent 4 hours on my car which was impossible because the day before this the rep called me at 3:00 & said the mechanic did not get to my car and they would need to keep it til the next day because the mechanics leave at 4:30pm. 7:45am, the next day, the rep called to give me the diagnostic. How did the mechanic work on my car for 4 hours when they come in at 6:00am? I asked the representative why they were charging me $339.00 when nothing was fixed & the mechanic spent about two hours, if that, to tell me a wire was the problem. He said the first 30 minutes was $85, after that it's $157 per hr. He didn't say that when I brought the car to them and his story changed. Nothing on my car was fixed. I have never had to pay that much just to have my car looked at. These dealerships always trying to get over and it's not right. More
