In checking my vehicle as part of the routine service it I came in for an oil change using the Express lane. Service was fast, pleasant and thorough. In checking my vehicle as part of the routine service it was discovered that in the near future I will need a front brake job. I find this kind of concern for the customer not only rare but most appreciated.
