UPDATE: After I posted here and on every other website I found where I could leave a review, Sandra Pierce called me and left a message to let me know that my case had been escalated to her. I tried calling her back multiple times, again to no response. I finally searched the website and found her email address and emailed her. She said they had been updating their phone systems so that may have been why I didn't get through. She offered to speak to the general manager, Mike Sabzali, and let me know she would be in touch with me after he returned on March 10th. That day came and passed and, you guessed it, no communication. I emailed several times checking in and again got NO RESPONSE. Finally, nearly a month since I first got ahold of her by email, and weeks longer than that since she first called, John Pitchford emailed me to say had had been in touch with Sandra and Mike and again, THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THEY WOULD DO THAN $100 STORE CREDIT. Why Sandra would not reach out to me herself and she passed me off back to John, who I'm sure she knew I had trouble dealing with before which is why the case was "escalated" to her, I still don't know! I am again completely confused why they even made another "effort", which really caused more of MY time and effort again to get in touch with them, when NOTHING CHANGED. Still the same bogus "gesture of goodwill" for an ADMITTED mistake on their part that put my life in danger and cost me hundreds of dollars. I have made it clear I do not feel comfortable returning. I am really not sure what the confusion is with that or why this business cannot off an actual REMEDY to the situation (a REFUND for THEIR MISTAKE) as opposed to a "gesture of goodwill" (a STORE CREDIT which I do NOT feel comfortable using) for THEIR dangerous and admitted mistake. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER "SERVICE".
