To all concerned readers, this individual was in fact mistreated and for this we apologize sincerely. Please be advised that all the individuals named in this complaint have been dismissed and are in no way affiliated with this Dealership. The Owner of our dealership was unable to correspond with this customer because commnications were being diverted to avoid his response to this issue. Unfornuately, the damage was done before senior management discovered it.
