I Went to the sale's department and asked them about how can they sell a vehicle which isn't inspected, One of the manager bullied me saying that we can cancel the deal and pay the money back(Very Aggressively) (it's not about cancelling the deal it's about safety of the customer). I felt very bad as how do people treat their customer's. I never in my life wrote a review about any incident this is one of the worst place for customer service. They treat you like they are giving free stuff. BEWARE(Please do ask them to write it on a paper, if they promise you something). I'm never going to shop in this dealership or recommend this place. Looters. - Never go to this place. They are liars, they will say anything for money. I went to service my Toyota Camry 2010 with 84000 miles car, all of the sudden it started to behave They are liars, they will say anything for money. I went to service my Toyota Camry 2010 with 84000 miles car, all of the sudden it started to behave weirdly and caused some noise. With no other options let i have to go to a Toyota Dealer. They initially told it was a misfire and coil was bad and has to replace it and the cost was 625$, after 2 hours they called me back there is a problem with engine and they need to rip off engine and it would be around 1500$ to do that. Next day I called them and they told it would be 4000$ and yesterday they said it will be 6000$. I asked what is the real quotation, how much will it really for parts and service. The part is 900$ and service is 5000$. Even to get back the car as is condition they asked me like 2000$. When i asked if they are ready to take the car they said there is 2 accidents in your car history and we can take it only for 1500$ though i had only one. They said the first one had a serious issue with airbag deployed etc.. I bought the car for 15000$ from a trusted seller. I was shocked to hear that so i went in person. When i ask them to show the accident history, they weren't able to find the one, I was able to see only one accident history in it as expected. They refuse to give my car back in as is condition without paying money, they didn't reduce the money too. They said if i need to get the car as is I need to pay 2000$. I don't want to pay to another dealer another 4000$ to rip off the engine and fix it. I was cornered and put in this situation. After an hour talking they reduced and accept to pay for 4000$. Please never go to this place. More
Scam, scam, scam My car has been in an accident, and was taken for repairs to Arlington Toyota, as they are the selected shop for my insurance. After keeping the car f My car has been in an accident, and was taken for repairs to Arlington Toyota, as they are the selected shop for my insurance. After keeping the car for two, long months they had us pick it up, and stated it was safe to drive, We started to drive this car without knowing that the car still had major issues, which put our lives in danger! We took the car back several times, and they kept having us come back, claiming the car was fixed when it wasn't! Now there are multiple issues with this vehicle, and the car has been with them for the past week and a half. At this point i don't trust them, and i wish i never let them touch my car. Be aware, don't trust them, as they made my life miserable, and it's not even over yet. The only thing left is to complain to General State Attorney, as soon as possible, then maybe someone will finally listen. More
Worst Experience, Highlander I had gone in as I have always purchased from here in the past, but will never go back. I was told they would match the Costco pricing, however they I had gone in as I have always purchased from here in the past, but will never go back. I was told they would match the Costco pricing, however they didn't, gave me monthly number and provided no rate and it seemed high, but after going home and crunching numbers they tried to sell me at MSRP at a 14% interest rate which was RIDICULOUS(ended up getting 4% at a different dealer @ Costco price, went with GMC over highlander as highlander has no room in 3rd row).... BUYER BEWARE, do not come here, wasn't the sales rep as much as the finance manager... Always get good service though, just will never buy from here again. More
Bunch of liars! Horrible people! They promised that they will pay the first bill after I exchanged my Highlander for a newer lease. I payed bill in April for the old Horrible people! They promised that they will pay the first bill after I exchanged my Highlander for a newer lease. I payed bill in April for the old car and I got one to be paid my May for the new car. They do not know how the calendar works? More
DON'T buy anything there worst experience ever I went there to test drive and possibly buy certified Toyota Corolla that was advertised on line for 12,995 right away after we start to negotiate the I went there to test drive and possibly buy certified Toyota Corolla that was advertised on line for 12,995 right away after we start to negotiate the salesman told me that I have to pay for they own service bill because they fix stuff on the car for 750 dollars. When I refused they send the used car manager Gil to work me for more money..I never talk to somebody as rude and arrogant in my life. He demanded that I pay additional 1500 hundred dollars for Toyota certification This is like they try to steel my money. Than they try to charge me 699 dollars for some pro pack that consist of few plastic door guards that I could install myself for 40 bucks than just to top it off they wanted me to pay another 399 dollars for some etching that I didn't even knew what that was neither the manager Gil could explained it to me. I walk out angry and file a formal complain with BBB and considering a civil law suit as well. This was by far the worst car buying experience I ever had and that guy Gil belongs to a corner street crooked dealership and not Arlington Toyota. Awful experience. I will never ever go back there and encourage my friends and family to do the same. This place don't even deserves one star. More

Correcting Selling Price Errors Scoring is "all over the road" because the purchase experience of a used car from Arlington Toyota was extremely complicated. The facility is 5 stars Scoring is "all over the road" because the purchase experience of a used car from Arlington Toyota was extremely complicated. The facility is 5 stars because it is a beautiful and comfortable building. Customer service is 5 stars because when I finally got to a person that could help me, he followed through promptly with two refund checks. The process took 7 weeks, but he made it right despite everyone else before him in the communication and purchase process making it wrong. The buying process is 1 star because it was the source of the problem through an internet posted price error and the sales staff insistence that we pay $1500 more when we purchased the car because that's what it should have been priced at. Also, we paid $300 for dealer VIN etching that was never done. In the end, they honored the internet price with a $1500 refund check and a $300 refund check for the etch charge. $1800 in all was refunded from the price we paid. It took 7 weeks of effort on my part to get the refunds, but upper management at Arlington Toyota ultimately stepped up and made it right. My wife and I appreciate it. And she loves her Toyota Venza. We had We were looking for the best deal on a new 2014 Toyota RAV4. Our local Toyota dealer didn't come close to the deal made by Arlington Toyota. We had to drive 3 hours to get the car but it was well worth it. Not only for the savings but the experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent. Even the trade-in issue was well handled when at first the offered trade price was not exactly what we expected. With very little pressure on both sides, a satisfactory deal was negotiated for the trade in. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the total experience. Our thanks to Drew Sims, Dereck Jordan, Ryan Durso (the Wildfire recommendation was great), Gil Estrada and Frank (Sales manager, can't remember last name) for making this as easy as it can be. My wife is in love with her new RAV4. More
