Olga is the BEST! My beloved car died right before moving to Palatine, IL. I was wasting money using a rental and wasting time shopping for a car at other dealerships My beloved car died right before moving to Palatine, IL. I was wasting money using a rental and wasting time shopping for a car at other dealerships and used-car outlets. I should have gone here first. I was very fortunate to have been assisted by Olga. Not only is she professional and very knowledgeable, but she has a terrific personality. Full of life! She made a stressful time and task very easy and even enjoyable! Every employee I came in contact with that night was very efficient and helpful. I bought my current car there. Unlike the other place I had gone to, I was able to get what I wanted, in my budget, and quick! I am very grateful and appreciative of the high level of organization that this dealership has. Plus they listen and respect the client's needs and time frame. Again, I just wish I had gone their first! Other places were wasting my time by showing me cars that were nowhere within my budget or what I was looking for. Thank you Arlington Toyota. :) I just realized that some may think this is not a legitimate review since it is all positive. Well, there are things that I should have done differently. One being, viewing the car in the daylight. But that was my fault. I do remember Olga offering to bring the car into the shop where it would be lit up by lights, but I forgot to do so. I was sleep-deprived, thus, exhausted and under a large amount of stress. I just wanted to buy a car and get it over with. Having wasted so much time at other places made me not hesitate on buying when I got to this place. Perhaps I should have gone back the next day to take a closer look at the car, but it is what it is. Lesson learned. If you have had negative experiences like I did, and go to Arlington Toyota in Palatine, be prepared for a breath of fresh air! I do not know anyone here, but I will confidently say that you will probably have a good experience as I did. Just make sure you ask for Olga. ;) More

He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. We did not buy on our first visit since we were only there for service. Honestly Danny did such a great job he turned a service customer into a sales customer in about one hour. Olga is the best dealer agent I’ve ever worked with. I always get irritated when I’m expecting to buy a new car because I hate being sold to. I walked into Arlington Toyota and was greeted quickly by Olg I always get irritated when I’m expecting to buy a new car because I hate being sold to. I walked into Arlington Toyota and was greeted quickly by Olga. I explained I was looking to buy a 4Runner for my dad and she quickly showed me the best models under $30k which was my price range. She helped me get a great deal in financing and was running around putting everything together for me quickly so I don’t lose time. I saved so much on the deal I opted to get extended warranty for my father and running boards on top of it based on what I saved. The whole process took under 1 hour and Olga was remarkably competent in answering even technical questions about the trucks drivetrain and performance specs. It was by far the most impressive experience I’ve had in a dealership. Will be coming back again in the future and have recommended her to all my friends. More
