All in all probably the easiest experience I've had buying a car. The finance dept beat my APR by almost a full point and in the end my payments were exactly where I thought they'd be. Even though I probably won't be buying a new car for quite some time I will most likely go back to them. Removed a star for being charged $200 for vin etching I didn't need and they said they couldn't remove the charge More

I was greeted in the parking lot by Danny Lozano a sales guy. He walked with me outside towards the location of the RAV4’s and explained to me options and features that I was interested in. I had a trade that was not in great condition and I received great trade value. None the less I drove out in a new car.
