We set up a meeting t I received a call from Brad to see if I wanted to turn in my leased 2016 RAV 4 Hybrid for a 2018 model with new safety features. We set up a meeting time to do an appraisal and discuss new car options. Long story short, we decided to trade up to a 2018 Highlander XLE which came with all the safety features such as collision avoidance, lane drift warning and blindspot indicator on the side view mirrors. My wife and I were very happy with the overall buying experience from sales, price negotiation to finance personnel. This was out 5th car purchased from Arlington Toyota over the years and I see us coming back in the future to buy our next car here when the time comes. More
