Best service Bob/Zbigniew is amazing!!! He was never pressing or pushing us to purchase this car. He worked with us to get us the best deal. He speaks Polish which Bob/Zbigniew is amazing!!! We’ve been in a different dealers and they get very quickly mad if you say that you need to think about it and that you will be back. We said the same thing to Bob that we are not ready yet to purchase and he never gave us an impression that he is disappointed or mad for all the time he spend with us. Ultimately we ended up purchasing this car from him and we Love it!- Thank you Bob! Just to add it the finance guy ( forgot his name) was very to the point , easy to understand and to follow. I would definitely recommend this place. More

Scam Artist!!!! Worst car buying experience of my life, would leave no stars if I could. The experience started off really well with the salesperson showing me and te Worst car buying experience of my life, would leave no stars if I could. The experience started off really well with the salesperson showing me and test driving the cars that I wanted to see (2017 Mazda 6 and 2015 Toyota Avalon). I decided I liked the Avalon enough to buy so we proceeded to the next step in the process. I walked in with my own financing so you think that this would be the easy part. Here is where things got very unethical. The floor manager haggled over the price slightly and then reached a deal. My insurance company wanted a bill of sale to add the car to my current policy. The floor manager printed to BOS and had me look it over and initial it to approve the information including the sales price was correct. When we got in back to the finance department, the manager there must have thought I had boo boo written on my forehead as he tried to change the price up charging for some "Pro Pack". I immediately asked what the up charge was for and he blamed it on the sales guys. I told him that I would not sign another document until someone explained what these charges were for. He further goes on to tell me that my finance company required more money down which turned out to be the greatest lie ever told. My finance rate and monthly payment also changed, another lie. Everything changed due to the infamous "PRO PACK" what a flipping liar. I'm glad my younger son had an opportunity to witness why it is you look over everything before you sign it. People will try to take advantage of whomever they can for their own selfish benefit. Arlington Toyota, you were dealing with no fool on that day. Realizing they were busted all three stated tripping over their lying tongues saying that it was some type of scratch resistance for the doors. Wait this is a used car so why would I be paying for that anyway? Come to find out the car didn't have this so called "Pro Pack" on it and why would I pay for it after the fact. Now all of a sudden he can reverse the down payment charges without supposedly talking to my finance company. My rate and payment went back down where it was supposed to be once this item was removed. I would suggest never doing business with such unethical people but BUYER BEWARE!!! The customer relations department has so far been a joke and that's the reason for my post. I got a call from someone named John who told me about how these individuals may or may not be written up like I care. Hey John how about you do your job and offer outstations as to how you can make this bad experience a better one? Here is another thing to top it all off, these bozos ran my credit without my authorization at least three times when they were fully aware of my financing. I guess this was an attempt to try scamming me out of even more "Pro Pack" money. I even called the owner of the company and have got no response. I guess this establishment doesn't mind bad reviews and don't care too much about retaining happy customers. Needless to say that at this point I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. THERE WILL BE A FACEBOOK POST ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE URGING MY FRIEND TO NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AS WELL. WAY TO GO FELLAS I HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT!!! More

Great customer service I went to Arlington Toyota with fears like everyone has. I was greeted promptly by Danny Lozano. I was short on time and I let him know that. He showed me the car I wanted to see and wasted none of my time. I was in and out in no time. Less than two hours. Fastest car shopping experience ever for me.
