Akash "Kash" was about the most polite car salesman I've ever met, and very professional. He was patient, pretty knowledgeable and friendly. Not high pressure at all, even on the last hour of the last day of the month. Nicely-done. He suggested a test ride and looked for a car in my preferred color at other dealers. (No dice; it's hard to find any real colors on cats these days; only black, white, and shades of Gray are readily available) The only reason this dealer didn't get 5 stars is that they made me an insulting offer on my trade-in and I had to fight to get it even close to reasonable. That's what people don't like about buying a car. But to be fair, it was a stick shift, which not many people want in a family car. Even considering that, it was a low offer. I would buy here again, but I would probably sell my trade in privately. Nice job guys. PS: kudos to Julie for replying to my inquiry at 11:30 at night, the night I first reached out! More
