In may i whent to the Dealer looking to get a car i was assisted by Monica Gardner I was looking for a car because i wanted to finance because my credit score was down a few points i had co signed for som assisted by Monica Gardner I was looking for a car because i wanted to finance because my credit score was down a few points i had co signed for someone and the person didnt pay the balance which i did but its still reflecting on my credit , well we test drove a Rav4 which i was willing to buy i offer a down payment she came back and told me that i needed a cosigner and that even if i put 10k down i would not be able to get it , I saw that she didnt even try if she would have i was looking for a new vehicle most likely i would have bought the car cash, after all its was just 36k which is just peanuts, but she didnt even try so i left, i look around at different vehicles but i still wanted a toyota, I whent Coggin toyota at the avenues, my sells person there ran my credit and said that he got me approve i pay a low down payment for a 2022 Corolla SE and i got a low monthly payment so two days ago i bougth it because i really wanted a toyota and the sells person there earn my business, If monica would have try most likey if she dint think she could get me approve when mercedes and olsteen vw and cogging got me approved but if she would had tried I would have bought it out right as i would have seen that they wanted my business, but that didnt happen, in a few days i be buying a highlander from Coggin just payit out right because they are nice SUV and i be paying off the corolla in a few months as i want to show that i made some payments on time. But i was completely disapointed at arlington toyota as they didnt seem to want my business I guess they thought because my credit score was low i had no money and yes my credit score is low because when i buy something i normally pay cash because i want things to be mine I dont know if its was monica or her sells manager who didnt want to try working with me but they lost my business and any future business But i be returning to coggin as they really earn my business and like i said i be getting a highlander cash this week so i can have a nice suv and a vehicle for every day will be my 2022 Corolla. They really need to look on how to handle customer and do not automatically assumed that a person can or cant afford a vehicle i could have bought that vehicle right out if they atleast would have try getting me finance i would have seen their effords to do so and i would have just bought it because i really like it. I would never return to a place that makes assumtions of someones finances with out even looking to see if the person has money or not. More
