brought my Toyota Yaris in for trouble Accelerating. After reviewing my Vehicle I was told that thicker oil needed to be used as the older engine 175,000 Miles was knocking out the sensor and affecting After reviewing my Vehicle I was told that thicker oil needed to be used as the older engine 175,000 Miles was knocking out the sensor and affecting the performance. The manager told me I would be charged for 1/2 an hour and they had put thicker oil in. I regularly have my Vehicle serviced by you every 5,000 Miles and had the oil Changed by you 8 weeks ago as your records show. I was billed $84.00 and told the girl I will pay this but will take my Business elsewhere in future. Really terrible Customer Service and I am mad about. You got your money that,s all that matters.
