We bought a used F-150 from Arlington Toyota and worked with Josh McCormick on the purchase. The whole experience was great. Josh was friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. The dealership was bus with Josh McCormick on the purchase. The whole experience was great. Josh was friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. The dealership was busy but we were always well attended to by all the salespeople. Everyone greeted us and made sure we were being taken care of, including reminding us of the free food outside at their cookout. Josh was fair and treated us honestly and with respect. He made the deal easy and painless. Ahmet in finance was friendly, funny, and efficient. Overall, we were in and out in about 4.5 hours. That included getting the truck, test drive, negotiating with a trade, working on the financing while Josh filled the gas tank and got the truck detailed. Great experience! Thanks! More
VAN is the MAN!!! Sunday I visited a number of dealerships with Arlington being my 5th and final for the day. It was my 3rd Toyota dealer. I went to 2 other brand dealers as well. As soon as p dealerships with Arlington being my 5th and final for the day. It was my 3rd Toyota dealer. I went to 2 other brand dealers as well. As soon as pulled up, Van greeted me and by this point I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was quick to walk me directly to the cars- SO NO "I first need to take into the building and get some information from you" crap. We walked the lot with the specific vehicle type I had in mind. I liked that they had the largest selection from the two previous dealers that I visited in addition to the countless online research that I did. After narrowing my selection to 2 colors, he got the keys and we looked at each one of them and then I choose 1 to test drive. During the test drive, Van shared the amenities and features of the vehicle while carefully listening to my needs. When we returned he asked would I like to discuss numbers in which I accepted. He immediately provided the breakdown of the cost and what the anticipated monthly payment could be WITHOUT running credit. With this, I felt comfortable to proceed with having them run my credit and provide me with terms. I wasn't 100% sold on purchase on the 1st DAY that I began shopping. After to negotiate pricing with Van, he had the sales manager and then finance manager, Mr. Roger come over and they were only willing to knock off $200. In THIS market, this should be a steal and considering it is a Toyota. :) I told everyone that I would think it over and get back. But as I was walking out with Van, we discussed the incredible price and opportunity to purchase now since it was the LAST one of the particular trimline. And while there, YES, I did go online and check other nearby dealers and inventory on Cargurus.com and he was not only right but the prices were at least $1k-$2k if not more higher. So, on the spot, I told Van I changed my mind and wanted to proceed. Today, I completed my financing documents and the car was delivered. And I really couldn't be any happier. I was very hesitant after signing the documents because I purchased on the VERY FIRST day that I began shopping but I feel at peace because out of ALL the sales people that I met at other places, Van really cared and shared the right information about the vehicle's performance, warranties, and features since I have NEVER owned a Toyota before. I know buying a car can be nerve-wrecking process but if you are considering purchasing a Toyota, I would definitely RECOMMEND you ONLY see Van McCrae. And his direct number is (904) 414-6151. I even appreciated that he gave it to me to contact him personally with any questions or issues that I have with my car. More

Pleased overall. Waiting area clean, quiet & pleasant. Men’s restroom had a urinal overflowing due to paper towel disposal in urinal. Floor was wet with waste material. I used the facility twice. Second t Men’s restroom had a urinal overflowing due to paper towel disposal in urinal. Floor was wet with waste material. I used the facility twice. Second time I notified Alisa that it needed attention. I purchased an accessory sun shade. The male salesperson was great. Knew his products & a good conversationalist. I specifically asked that after my tire rotation the pressures be adjusted to the specs on the factory installed spec label below the strike stud on the drivers door. 30 psi front; 33psi rear. The previous time I had my Tundra serviced at Arlington I asked Steve McClendon to tell the service tech to adjust pressure to 30 psi & 33 psi front & rear respectively. That did not happen & I stated that in my feedback review. Alisa was my rep this time and I asked her to specify to the service tech the tire pressures I desired. The customer copy of the service ticket indicates tire pressure was adjusted to 30 psi front and 33 rear. When I checked the cold tire pressure at my home the RF was at 30 psi, the LF was at 29.5, the RR was at 30.5 and the LR was at 30.0. I can understand a .5 psi variance between quality digital pressure gauges but, not a 3.0 psi variance. And yes, I do take tire pressure seriously. The delta pressures in my tires from a previous visit had me “fighting the wheel” on my way home to St. Marys, GA. Other than that I thought it would have been a “nice touch” to “top-off” the washer fluid ( even though it was slightly more than 1/2 full. Other Toyota service centers I have used refilled the washer solution reservoir. More

Since I have older vehicles, I seem to have regular reasons to visit the service lanes. I’ve received excellent service and repairs here for years. reasons to visit the service lanes. I’ve received excellent service and repairs here for years. More
