Never buy from Arlington Toyota! Terrible experience, just to take possession of the vehicle took over 3.5 hours. I was able to buy a $120,000 Tesla in about 20 minutes. Picking up the Tesla was a wonder just to take possession of the vehicle took over 3.5 hours. I was able to buy a $120,000 Tesla in about 20 minutes. Picking up the Tesla was a wonderful experience, far from this crap show. They do a HARD upsell on the last step. I had to repeatedly say that we didn't want that. Something that started at $120 a month ended up only being $10 a month. They try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Nothing they said was true. They said that the vehicle would be in in about a week, took three. Said MANY times that you can bring the vehicle back for a refund, not true, you can bring it back for an in store credit but not a refund. They do not own their mistakes. We repeatedly told them that we wanted leather, they forgot to put it on the list and we had to come out of pocket for the leather seats. They said that the seats would be $899, when we went to check out they were $999. AND THE DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT BUDGE ON PRICE. Although we didn't haggle with any of the pricing, we paid sticker and didn't question the original price of the seats. Botton line DON'T BUY FROM Arlington Toyota. They will take advantage of the sellers market. More
