I came into the Dealership of Arlington Toyota and was promptly greeted. My Service Contact was Mr. Jay Owens who was curious, professional and polite. He explained what services would be taking place at promptly greeted. My Service Contact was Mr. Jay Owens who was curious, professional and polite. He explained what services would be taking place at the Service and promised to Lyme abreast. He said to expect about an hour wait because they would be also rotating tires. All cars have an $1800 upcharge on top of dealer fee above advertised price. Hard sell on maintenance contract and gap insurance will not take no for an answer to the point of rudeness. I’ve had my RAV4’s serviced at Arlington Toyota since 2001(this my 3rd one). They have never disappointed me & have only gotten better! They have more hours now & it’s easier to make an appointment. He always takes great care of my vehicle especially in emergencies. He makes sure I receive all the discounts I’m entitled to & gives me choices as to what services need to be performed.
