Is this the only honest Toyota dealer in Florida? Purchased a new 2021 RAV4 Prime XSE (so so rare in FL) without shady business like not telling me about the markup until I speak to the f Florida? Purchased a new 2021 RAV4 Prime XSE (so so rare in FL) without shady business like not telling me about the markup until I speak to the finance person that other Florida dealers were doing AND the saleperson (Matt Romano) was great in sending the SE Toyota spec sheet and buyer's order - listing the price, fees, taxes, add-ons, etc. via e-mail so I could evaluate the deal beforehand since this dealer was 2.5 hours away from me. When I arrived to sign.. there were no hidden surprises and the delivery process with buttery smooth (they charged the car, added tint, connected me to Toyota services, filled up the gas tank, gave me the EV charger, showed me the Prime menus, connected my phone to the Prime, etc). This dealer is incredible. Will purchase another car from them again. More

An absolutely terrible experience. Upon arrival, we had one salesman who seemed nice, but because my son had asked a question online we were assigned to Paul who was his online contact. Paul was busy with another customer and wore his face mask as a chin strap, so then we were routed to Matt. Matt was great, very patient and nice. We decide to purchase the car, we are then assigned to another salesman, because Matt wasn't wearing a white polo, really??? Our 4th and final salesman was Saif. Somehow, despite having a down-payment of almost half the listed cost of the car and excellent credit, ended up with a loan for almost double what it should have been and a crappy interest rate. At that point, I should have left, so I guess that's on me. I wanted to help my son buy his 1st car and I must look like a sucker. Then had to wait an hour and a half to go see the finance guy, despite being told we were next in line, I saw 5 other purchasers taken into finance offices before myself. It was an awful experience. I bought the 2015 Sienna XLT at Keith Pierson Toyota in 2015 and have the dealership maintain it for five years. It's too far for me to stdrive all the way to the west that's why I started going to Arlingt 2015 and have the dealership maintain it for five years. It's too far for me to stdrive all the way to the west that's why I started going to Arlington Toyota for oil changes and so forth. I am fully satisfied with the service of Arlington Toyota. More
