Wow!! All my wife and I can say is Wow!!. We decided to go against tradition and try a different Toyota Dealer in Jacksonville, Fl. I remembered that months ago a Sales Person from Arlington Toyota had called and offered support and assistance in our intended purchase. I called, made an appointment, visited the dealer, put down a deposit and in 4 days received a call from a fantastic individual, Matt Romano, Executive Sales Manager at Arlington Toyota, and were told that he had our car!. We consummated the deal the next morning and drove our new car home. All in 5 days! Fast, efficient, painless and thoroughly enjoyable! Yes, in this day and age!
