Do NOT go to Arlington Toyota. I bought a new vehicle there in 2017 and everything was fine. I went back in December 2021 to buy a replacement vehicle. I printed the voucher for th I bought a new vehicle there in 2017 and everything was fine. I went back in December 2021 to buy a replacement vehicle. I printed the voucher for the $25 gift card, brought it in for my test drive, signed it and gave it to the salesman after my test drive. I never received my gift card. I have contacted them half a dozen times, and half a dozen times they have told me they would send it to me, but they never have. I offered them my current vehicle + cash for a new vehicle. They offered me 10% under what Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, NADA and Carmax said that my trade was worth. Plus, they tacked on thousands of dollars in extra charges for the new vehicle.
