Christian and Juan were very nice to work with and not aggressive which we liked! Have always had GM cars for 55 years so this Highlander is the first Toyota for us. I set an appointment for an oil change. I arrived at the exact time I was scheduled. It took 20 minutes for someone to speak to me, though there where 5 or 6 people walking around me and my I arrived at the exact time I was scheduled. It took 20 minutes for someone to speak to me, though there where 5 or 6 people walking around me and my vehicle. There was pleasant looks and smiles however no one spoke to me. When I was spoke with, the young woman was very pleasant. She informed me that it would be a little while due to them being busy. I stated that I just needed the oil changed and the other things weren’t necessary do to my schedule. She assured me the other things ( tire rotation ) didn’t take hardy any time. The total amount of time I was there was 2 hours and 20 minutes. I do like the idea of Toyota doing anything that needs done. Just for the record keeping. However I think I will check out the other dealerships for service. If the give better service, then they will get my business. More
