More than three decades ago, Mr. Eyrie Brooks opened the doors of Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida at a time when a gallon of gas cost just .63 cents and Jimmy Carter was president. Mr. Scorza was very rude to me. We were the negotiating the selling price of the car plus all the fees the dealership adds to all the cars they sell. Mr. Scorza said that the fees are not negotiable and ca the selling price of the car plus all the fees the dealership adds to all the cars they sell. Mr. Scorza said that the fees are not negotiable and cannot be remove. I replied, I didn't have to pay any other fees other than the doc fee when I lived in Texas. Mr. Scorza answered, "maybe you should go back to Texas to buy a car." His answer caught me by surprise. I got up and left and don't plan on going back. More

I’ve used Arlington Toyota for all my service needs on my Sequoia since the day I bought the vehicle, I have 155,000 miles on the vehicle. Liars, idiots, or both. Sold me a truck that was still in transit. Salesmen spent 20 mins checking with the sales manager to double check it was still available for purchase Sold me a truck that was still in transit. Get a call from the same sales manager a week later saying the truck I had already paid a deposit for was actually sold already. They are either ridiculously incompetent or straight lied to me to scam me into another truck (what I think happened). This truck is still on the website listed for sale, it’s a trap and Arlington is scamming. More
