I originally went to Keith Pierson Toyota. I worked with a Salesman named Michael Muth. Robert Cotney had been referred to me by a fellow employee. He treated me great, gave me a very fair deal and found me the vehicle I wanted before I left. I felt like he was there to serve me and not take advantage of me (which happens a lot when you are a woman shopping alone for a car). Robert made this one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. More

Ironically, I came in and began to shop right before James was to be out on leave, but his service to me did not end. He made sure I was connected with another salesman (Steve Vargas) and even went as far as continuing to guide me through the process via the phone for the additional 2 weeks it took me to make my final decision on what model to buy. He went above and beyond. I began shopping my myself as a single female and working with James made the whole process less scary. I had previously visited another Toyota dealer in town & was very dissatisfied with their treatment of a single woman. Robert Cotney treated me with respect & this was a very positive experience. I never felt pressured by Robert or the finance department, to either buy the car or to purchase service plan upgrades, as this was not in my budget. I came in on my lunch hour & did all the initial paperwork & went for a test drive. I came back that evening with my 8-yr old son to pick up my car. It took less than an hour & they even fed us dinner, which was a plus with a hungry little boy! I would definitely buy from them again and I would recommend this dealership and Robert Cotney to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, hassle-free. More
I took my 2008 Solara Camry to this dealership for the 10,000 mile service and also had a factory defect in my driver seat which was sent out to an upolstery shop and they did an excellent job. My service technician, Chris O'Toole was very efficient, personable and was extremely interested in my customer satisfaction. He is a huge asset to Arlington Toyota. I also took the car to the Collision Center/Scott Cooper as the ground effects/bumper on the vehicle was missing a clip and the bumper was not properly attached. Again, Scott Cooper took care of the problem and I am very satisfied with this dealership and my Solara. Charles Bowen is the owner of this vehicle, but it was purchased for me and therefore I drive this vehicle and take it to the dealership for service, etc. More
It seems to me that with all the trouble Toyota has been having their staff would have a little more incentive to sell their product. We were kept waiting for an excessive amount of time. I was more familiar with the vehicle, colors and options than the sales staff and the price they came up with was way too high for the car (Avalon). At times the sales staff made me feel like they were doing me a favor by showing me the vehicle. My time, 4 hours, was wasted at Arlinton Toyota. I went there in good faith to buy the Avalon. Thank you Arlington for not working with me because I ended up buying a much superior vehicle (Hyundai Genesis) for practically the same price you wanted to sell the Avalon to me. More
I purchased a car over the phone with Robert Cotney and made arrangements to drive up on a Sunday to pick it up. The car the detailed to perfection and waiting for me when I finished the purchase. It was the easiest and most pleasant automobile purchase I have ever made! I was on the road in my car in no time. I went in on a busy Saturday for my baby's 15,000 mile check up. I was told at this mileage there are two choices due to my budget I settled for the less expensive one and was not pressured in any way to check up. I was also told it would be approximately 40 minutes. They were done earlier than expected. The whole experience was much better than I had expected. I always dread taking my car in and Arlington Toyota is making this something not to dread. I have a great car that I intend to keep till one of us dies. If it is the car, I will replace it with another Corolla from Arlington Toyota. Less than a week after my purchase the computer went out, causing all kinds of problems but Arlington Toyota took care of me and got my baby fixed and back to me. I have recommended Arlington Toyota to friends and family, unfortunately my salesman is not there anymore, but I'm sure they have someone as competent. More

While they stated all kinds of reasons why they couldn't honor the coupon, it CLEARLY wouldn't honor the $500 off coupon they have on their website. While they stated all kinds of reasons why they couldn't honor the coupon, it CLEARLY says on the coupon that it must be presented at time of sale and there are no other restrictions. Stay clear of this dealership and don't waste your time. More
