We purchased a new Siena earlier in the year and we were very happy with Arlington Toyota as well as our salesperson Robert Cotney. So a couple of weeks ago we called him for information on the Tundra and he immediately sent the info and we made an appointment with him to show us the trucks on the lot. He was extremely helpful in finding the right truck for us and we would never use another sales person at Arlington Toyota. He worked really hard to get us a price that we were comfortable with, which was really a challange as my husband is a very persistent person when it comes to auto shopping. Their offer on trades were an insult, I was blasted by their sales manag Wednesday Sep 29 2010 New Car Sales was extremely rude to me and my wife. Their offer on trades were an insult, I was blasted by their sales manager because I wanted to immediately leave after their lame offer. Instead they held my car keys until they were good and ready to give them back to me. On Friday of the same week I discussed the matter in detail with Linda Ray (nice lady) and she was to have the General Manager Rick Dorn call me, he never did. I was offered 8K more for both of my trades by Keith Pearson, a wonderful dealership by comparison and now drive a new 2011 Camry!! More

Mike Neely was the finance contact and worked equally as hard at attaining the best possible trade in and price of the car. He listened intently to what I was trying to achieve with upgrading my vehicle and gave me very good direction. Both Robert & Mike were quick to satisfy my needs and always made me feel special when I returned. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend these two men as true professionals. More
We were interested in the 2011 Sienna and two of our friends had recently purchased new vehicles from Arlington Toyota and they recommended that we use the same dealership. We met Robert at the convention center new auto show and found him to be very knowledgeable and personable so we requested him as our salesman when we went to the dealership. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all the new features and was able to find us a car with the features that we wanted as well as the color. He had to get the car from Clearwater and he kept us updated as to the time of arrival and when we could pick it up. He made our experience better than any other salesman in the past has done. The dealership was also easy to deal with as far as prices and we just felt like we had been treated very fairly.
