Robert Cotney has become a dear friend in the course of this sale and purchase of MY 2011 Camry XLE. He took the time to listen and get to know me, before he showed me the Camry selections, pointing out the difference in the selections available. After much discussion on the models and colors he was very helpful in determining what we both agreed would be the best choice for me and my lifestyle. After several trips to look and relook at the models and colors, while I had a difficult time making a decision he never seemed to be in a rush or losing patience with me. I had a Toyota rental car and was on deadline to have the new car. Robert made sure my choice was here at Jacksonville in time for me to meet the deadline as there was a dealer swap involved. I also took the car to the Body shop so that my long time friend Brian Santos could see the choice I had made and he agreed with the choices and the help that Robert had given me. He was extremely helpful in finding the right truck for us and we would never use another sales person at Arlington Toyota. He worked really hard to get us a price that we were comfortable with, which was really a challange as my husband is a very persistent person when it comes to auto shopping. Their offer on trades were an insult, I was blasted by their sales manag Wednesday Sep 29 2010 New Car Sales was extremely rude to me and my wife. Their offer on trades were an insult, I was blasted by their sales manager because I wanted to immediately leave after their lame offer. Instead they held my car keys until they were good and ready to give them back to me. On Friday of the same week I discussed the matter in detail with Linda Ray (nice lady) and she was to have the General Manager Rick Dorn call me, he never did. I was offered 8K more for both of my trades by Keith Pearson, a wonderful dealership by comparison and now drive a new 2011 Camry!! More
