The customer service provided by Robert impressed our family and my coworkers when Robert came to my office to finish some last minute details on both cars. My husband even said " we need to remember his name". My husband didn't need to come to the dealership and that made him happy. We love our two cars. We have a Toyota dealership near our home but your dealership won me over. Thank you. You must train your salesmen well. The attention to customer needs ( me not missing work) and the fact that I didn't feel pressured by tactics to make the sale. Just professional and knowledgeable about the cars. Robert was very helpful. I feel I got the straight story from him on prices when I was looking for a new car for my father-in-law. In fact, I was able to verify that on the Internet. At first, we thought we wouldn't be able to get the right car for dad, due to his large frame, and a limit on his finances. Robert worked hard to find a car, and create a deal that worked for all of us. Following the sale, Robert even delivered the car (great, 'cause Dad is not very ambulatory), then followed up to make sure we got the licence plates installed, and all paperwork in order - a big deal since teh last car was totaled, and towed away. I have bought several cars from this dealer over teh last 20 years, and will likely do so again. When I do, I will ask for Robert Cotney, and hope he's still there! More

I decided to get a 2012 Toyota Camry and me and my family are very happy with it! I had told Robert several times how I love driving the car and how happy I am to land a decision on a brand new car. The best experience I had when I came to Toyota and with Robert assisting me is that I didn't have to negotiate knee deep! Everything was smooth and like I said, Robert Cotney took care of everything and I just sat back and relaxed and before you know it, Robert was escorting me to the lot to pick the color of the car I wanted!
