Robert was very helpful. I feel I got the straight story from him on prices when I was looking for a new car for my father-in-law. In fact, I was able to verify that on the Internet. Robert worked hard to find a car, and create a deal that worked for all of us. Following the sale, Robert even delivered the car (great, 'cause Dad is not very ambulatory), then followed up to make sure we got the licence plates installed, and all paperwork in order - a big deal since teh last car was totaled, and towed away. I have bought several cars from this dealer over teh last 20 years, and will likely do so again. When I do, I will ask for Robert Cotney, and hope he's still there! More
