Scott pointed out a couple of things that my car needed based on the extensive mileage that I had recently put on my car. On one hand he must make the customer feel valued and important and like he is looking out for the customer's best interest, while at the same time making the dealership, his employer, happy with his work and profitable. Nevertheless, despite the challenges inherent in his role, for a great number of years Scott has consistently done a great job in making me feel like the recommendations he makes for service on both of my Toyota vehicles are conservative and truly representative of what service the vehicles require to be in good operating condition. Scott is highly responsive to incoming inquiries and also very proactive in communicating the needs and recommendations for my vehicles and in getting the job done. Visit after visit. Good Job Scott! I love the "new" car. The dealership offered the car at fair price and gave me a reasonable price on my trade-in. I had a slight hitch with a missing $300 key but Arlington Toyota has resolved it to complete satisfaction.
